01 · The root

This is not a hair. It is an organ.

At the base of the follicle, the dermal papilla — fed by its own capillary — dictates when and how each hair grows. If it survives, the graft lives.

02 · The blood supply

Every unit lives off its vascular network.

Arterioles, venules and capillary loops feed the bulb. That is why each graft is handled within minutes and implanted protecting its vascular reconnection.

Peribulbar capillary network

03 · The system

Muscle, gland and shaft: one single unit.

The erector muscle and the sebaceous gland are part of the follicular unit. Transplanting means moving this complete system, intact, one by one.

04 · The procedure

This is why it is medicine, not cosmetics.

Preserving each living unit — its papilla, its blood supply, its architecture — is the procedure. The art is in where and how it is placed.

01 · Philosophy

The real problem with hair loss isn’t the hair.

It is the distance between the person you see in the mirror and the person you remember being. That is why this work does not begin in the operating room: it begins by listening to what that loss means to each patient.

The practice follows one simple principle: the right indication before the procedure. A well-executed transplant is exact science — density, angle, direction — and it is also composition: a hairline that must look natural today and twenty years from now.

03 · Approaches to care

Not every case requires surgery.

The first clinical decision is the indication. That is why the practice is structured around two paths of care, and the assessment determines which one fits each case.

Surgical care

Restoration through hair micrografting, with deliberate planning of the hairline design and the distribution of density.

FUE — Follicular unit extraction

Individual extraction of follicular units from the donor area, without linear incisions.

DHI — Direct hair implantation

Implantation with precise control of the angle, depth and direction of each follicular unit.

Non-surgical care

When surgery is not the indication — or not yet — the goal is to diagnose, stabilize and preserve.

Trichological diagnosis

Clinical and trichoscopic evaluation to establish the type and stage of hair loss.

Medical treatment and follow-up

Evidence-based therapies to slow progression and preserve existing hair, with periodic monitoring of the response.

04 · Process

Three stages, one standard.

  1. Assessment

Medical history, trichological examination and an honest conversation about expectations. Available in person or virtually.

  2. Procedure

Outpatient surgery under local anesthesia, planned case by case. The technique — FUE or DHI — is defined during the assessment.

  3. Follow-up

Structured accompaniment through the following twelve months, until the final result.

05 · The clinic

A clinical setting, not a commercial one.

The practice operates in Medellín, in facilities designed for outpatient surgery and trichological consultation.
